Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: The family is guaranteeing 30-35 hours/week, with the opportunity to build your own schedule! The family requests working hours on Monday from 7am-6pm, with the remainder of the week open to their ideal candidate’s preference. 4 day work week? An option as well!

About the Family:

• The family has two sweet children. At 10 years old, their son is into lacrosse and being with his friends! His younger sister is 7.5 years old - she loves gymnastics, rollerblading, and swimming! They both go to school just a few blocks away.
• Both Mom and Dad work primarily outside of the home in the medical field, so reliability is key.
• One puppy lives in the home!
• This family had their most recent nanny for 7 years! She was extremely reliable, helpful, pro-active, and will forever be a part of their family. They hope to find another amazing candidate to become a loving part of their home for many years to come.

About the Job:

• All standard family assistant duties, including but not limited to, children’s laundry, meal prep (keeping fresh fruit & veggies in the fridge,) errands, managing the children’s school & activity schedules, light tidying up around the home, organizational projects, and receiving packages/breaking down boxes.
• Driving requirements-car provided.
• All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays, sick days, and guaranteed hours are being offered.
• Standard vaccinations are required, including the Covid vaccination.

The Ideal Candidate: Longevity is the key to this lovely family! The ideal candidate will have had a prior, full-time Family Assistant role for multiple (3-5+) years with one family. This family would love a nanny who brings their own interests into the role and engages the children in plenty of outdoor activities — keeping an active & healthy lifestyle is an important part of this family’s daily lives! Most importantly, they would love someone extremely loving who really engages in their children’s thoughts, feelings, and likes.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $30-$35/hr based on professional experience
