At Spokane Family Dental we are a fun family friendly office, seeking a dependable and energetic Dental Receptionist to be part of a growing team! Position requires a high energy, energetic individual capable of multi-tasking while maintaining a calm professional environment. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Monitoring and maintaining a full, productive schedule
• Monitoring and responding to phone messages, emails, and house call system messages
• Requesting and maintaining current and accurate patient demographics, insurance information, and necessary records and correspondence
• Patient re-care calls, calls to schedule treatment, appointment reminder calls and post treatment follow up calls
• Submitting insurance claims
• Scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.74 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
