Middlesex Oral Surgery is a state of the art oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in the heart of Middlesex County. We have enjoyed wonderful growth over the last several years and we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care to the patients we see. Dr. Goulston practices the full scope of oral surgery, but he focuses on dental extractions, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting techniques, oral pathology, and maxillofacial trauma.

The ideal oral surgery assistant candidate is professional, organized, enthusiastic, friendly, reliable, and prides themselves on attention to detail. Our team is incredibly busy and would benefit from another team member who shares our compassion and wants to grow with us. Our success is based on our high level of patient care, and the right person will help us continue this high standard.
