We are a fee for service privately own group dental practice. We are looking for the ideal candidate that will take the office to the next level and grow. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in selling high treatment plans and finds joy in providing health to the community while growing their practice. Experience working in a professional environment in Dental administration and sales a must.

Must be capable to lead a team with positive culture and encourage rowing in the same direction.

The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall health of the business. We provide our leaders with additional trainings, seminars and weekly meetings to give as much support as possible while also allowing our leaders to have ownership of their team and office. Sales skills are a must in this position as primary of the treatment plans will be completed by you. We offer internal growth, A generous monthly bonus as well as many benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,656.00 - $50,000.00 per year
