Registered Dental Assistant - $24-$26 per hour + Health Insurance + Paid Vacation + 401k
Our boutique dental practice is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are a super friendly easy going office with amazing patients. Office is located in Hacienda Heights, CA near Industry, Whittier and La Habra / La Habra Heights.
Ideal candidate has at least 1 year dental assisting experience and an active RDA License. Pedo experience is preferred but not required, if you have a passion for working with children then please apply!
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9a-5p and Thursday 9a-3p (admin day optional) and Sat 8a-1p (once per month) (22-30 hours/week).
RDA Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental hygiene by welcoming, soothing and seating patients
- Perform 4 and 6 hand assisting Perform Prophy
- Take x-rays
- Apply sealants
- Complete chart notes
- Answer questions and provide parents or guardians with information about patients’ oral health, treatment, and hygiene.
- Communicate and work alongside dental staff to provide the patient with a high level of care.
