As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate in our Circle Pines, MN plant, you will start a meaningful career at an entry-level position while making an impact on the world with a fundamental focus on creating chemistry for a sustainable future in our Coatings Division.

The Automotive Refinish Technologies (ART) within our Coatings Division is a subsidiary of BASF Canada distributing wholesale automotive and industrial paint coatings products to Auto Body Collision Repair Shops and Light Industrial Manufacturers.

As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for warehousing functions (receiving; picking and packing orders) and fulfillment activities (customer service; order taking; delivery driving) to our BASF customers in the automotive after-market sector.

During your work as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate you will…

• Ensure that safety, quality, and productivity is maintained to meet the required internal and external demands and regulations as well as business expectations.
• Participate in all day-to-day Fulfillment Centre activities: Customer order processing; customer order fulfillment and delivery; customer vendor managed inventory; paint mixing production; inventory control; receiving; inventory replenishment, housekeeping; health & safety activities.
• You will work full-time in a stable job from Monday-Friday.
• Accurately and efficiently process and fulfill customer orders in the Circle Pines, MN marketplace.
• You will have accountability for safe operation of material handling and delivery vehicle(s), order processing accuracy, inventory control accuracy, and customer service satisfaction.
• Interact and collaborate with other business functions including Operations, Finance, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain and Corporate EHS to provide our team with resources to support the foundation and growth of the business.
• Ensure all operations and administrative timelines and deadlines are met in collaboration with the Fulfillment Coordinator and Fulfillment Manager. Monitor and optimize processes to maintain sustainable continuous improvement in a lean environment - as well as evaluating and identifying opportunities for improvements and growth (developmental opportunities).

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
