We’re looking for a Delivery Driver and Distribution Specialist to join our award winning Clinical Trial Support Services team!

Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of this job is to process, load and deliver client materials within an agreed upon time frame. As the face of Imperial Graphics, this position will work to build strong relationships with our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Functions and Performance Standards:

• Transport and deliver product to client businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading the delivery vehicle
• Sort and place product within the warehouse according to organizational and quality standards
• Pick and pack product to fulfill client orders and prepare them for delivery
• Perform physical count of warehoused product to ensure accuracy between system and physical inventory
• Operate forklifts to move products within the warehouse?
• Build and maintain a healthy relationship with clients and vendors
• Keep vehicle clean and well maintained
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while wearing an Imperial Graphics uniform/hat
• Be an ambassador for the Imperial Graphic’s products and services by educating customers
• Ensure your work environment is clean, tidy and safe for you and others around you
• Provide back-up support to the Distribution and Receiving team as needed

Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Licenses/Certifications:

• Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Experience:

• Two years’ experience driving commercially or as a delivery driver preferred
• Two years’ warehouse experience and previous forklift experience preferred

Skills:

• Good computer skills – knowledge and ability to use computerized software and systems relevant to warehousing preferred
• Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures like receiving and storing preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Dependable and reliable, good time management skills?
• Ability to understand and follow direction
• Has a drive for change and improvement
