We are seeking a Deli Service Associate (Deli Clerk) to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for assisting and serving customers, participating in food production, and keeping the deli department clean and organized! We take great pride in serving only the highest quality prepared foods, deli meats, and cheeses to our customers. Successful Deli Service Associates are energetic, positive, and attentive people who value giving the customers exactly what they're looking for and are never afraid of learning something new! Training and mentors are always available to help our deli clerks feel comfortable fulfilling their role. At Milam's, your success is our success as we work to serve the community and grow together as one family!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
