What We're Looking For:
An accomplished Automobile Notary and possible Title Clerk to work in growing dealership.

Responsibilities:
You will work directly with Office Lead and Office Manager.
- Notary assists Title Clerk in processes and files paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of motor vehicle.
- Handle registration paperwork such as titles and license plate tags, filing tax documents and occasionally sending out bills or contracts for signing.
- Copy, sort and file records related to title activities and business transactions.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and prepare messages.
- Scan deals and repair orders into secure e-document folders.
Qualifications:
- Hold current Notary license.
- Willing to obtain Pennsylvania DOT Certified in Agent (Titling) Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a plus.
