Dealership Allstate Insurance Agency Manager

Our Insurance Agency is looking to fill a full-time Manager position with a motivated, ambitious and professional individual looking to expand their career in the insurance industry as a Team leader and producer.

As the leader of our team, your job will be to motivate and assist our agents to help the customer secure the best policy, with appropriate coverage, at the best possible premium.

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, has great computer skills, the ability to multitask, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. Having agency offices in our dealerships offers the unique opportunity to meet with over 400 walk-in opportunities each month.

Goal oriented and competitive in a sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
