Join ReconLogic, division of Xcite Automotive. At ReconLogic we are streamlining the reconditioning and merchandising process for the auto industry across the country.
Dealer Services Coordinator monitors and coordinates dealer inventory activities associated with the preparation and sale of customer vehicles in our center that meets or exceed customer expectation and contribute to efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors vehicle preparation and reconditioning process and communicates with managers, team leads, District Operations Manager, and other team members to ensure each vehicle is completed on time and meets/exceeds quality expectations
- Provides direct communications with customers to ensure their expectations are met and service issues are resolved
- Educates dealers on all processes, products, and services available
- Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer problems and issues
- Serves as a liaison between customers, operation teams, and location personnel to reconcile problems and maintain a high level of customer service
- Walk vehicles and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value
- Maintain communication with vehicle check-in and lot operations to ensure all required processing is completed on dealer vehicles (recon, inspections, details, estimate work, etc.)
- Maintain accurate account records and a positive customer relationship by ensuring efficient and accurate handling and resolution of account problems
- Submit weekly account reports to the operations and general management, such as inventory status reports of aged, rejected, and reworked vehicles
- Provide weekly inbound volume expectations to the operations team based on dealer client meetings and in-service vehicles
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- BA/BS + 3 Years' Experience
- Experience in the automobile industry or the Auction/reconditioning business is required.
- Strong communication and interaction skills are required.
- Competent supervisory and organizational skills are required.
- Good computer and software knowledge.
- Valid driver’s licenseRegularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
- Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
