Program Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates consistent ability to oversee the operations of a multiservice business operation as well as providing support to the other off site facilities
• Oversees the monthly billing process including running reports throughout the month, ensuring that managed care authorizations are up to date. Liaison’s with Catholic Health Billing staff for corrections and any questions
• Maintains a manual system for daily and monthly Doctor’s appointments
• Oversees the Child and Adult Care Food Program including food ordering, delivery, record keeping and compliance with program guidelines
• Manages and supports the food service, front office and Senior Network and Drop in Staff.
• Provides support to the Directors Of Community Behavioral Health and Residential Services. Provides support to the Program Manager of PROS and Supportive Housing
• Develops systems for tracking utility bills for the seven locations, liaison’s with CH Finance to ensure timely payment of bills to ensure continued access to all necessary services
• Creates and Manages the annual Purchase Order requisitions for the OMH and OASAS programs
• Is Responsible for coordination of building safety, including facility management, fire drills and general building service needs
• Oversees the logistics for transportation for the programs including daily contact with the transportation vendor, the residential providers and the individuals
• Provides back up and support and for Program Specialist in regards to OMH and OASAS Residential bank deposits, cash disbursements and coordination with residential program managers
• Maintains documentation for all business operations, coordinates maintenance of billing documentations and any paper charts

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licensed Social Worker with NYS
• Prior experience with business operations in a fast paced diverse environment
• Experience working in a setting with mentally disabled population

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
