This role requires an eagle eye for even the tiniest inconsistencies and errors, and involves creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Data Entry Clerk position is in Janesville, Wisconsin.Major responsibilities
- Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met
- Performing special projects as assigned
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
- General familiarity with Typing Data Entry
- Quality experience with EDI
- Deep understanding of Coding Invoices
- Proven knowledge of data entry
- Knowledge of Code Invoices
- Customer invoices experience preferred
- Solid understanding of Sage 100
- Well-founded grasp of Perform Data Entry
- Wide ranging experience with EDI Specialist
- Practical knowledge of customer service
- Computer Data Entry experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
