Lingo Staffing is hiring a remote data entry Agent.
Training will be onsite for about a month then will be remote work.
Pay rate: $12.00
Schedule M-F 8:30a-5:30a
Processes invoices from universities and companies.
These invoices are scanned and emailed and put through OCR software. Agents are then tasked to verify the information extracted is captured fully and correctly using the rules and guidelines provided by the university or company. Any discrepancies are either corrected or entered manually. The invoices are then sent to the university or company for payment.
Skills required:
· High attention to detail.
· 10 Key Processing speed of 8,000 KPH and 98% accuracy or higher
· Typing Speed of 40 WPM or higher and 98% accuracy
· Transcription between documents
· Computer and Technical Skills w/ minor trouble shooting
· Familiarity with Win 10, WinVista/7, Win98
· Basic internet navigation (Chrome, web, Google Search)
· Basic mathematics
