Principal Purpose of Position:

Responsible for high volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents required to complete or sustain the licensing process. These documents include but are not limited to: driver trip records, violations, titles, registrations, MSOs and license plates.

  • Organize and sort work in preparation for data entry
  • Catalogue and identify documents
  • Performs accurate and timely entry of data to achieve goals
  • Support various data entry processes across the department
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Entry level workload will be assigned.
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations helpful, but not required.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment while meeting required deadlines
  • Attention to detail with focus on volume and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

  • Must have the ability to communication effectively with all levels of employees and customers
  • Responsible for ARI’s Licensing & Compliance data entry and integrity.
  • Provides flexible support to multiple areas for efficient distribution of workload.
  • Develops and maintain an active knowledge of Licensing documents and systems.
