Description:

Responsibilities: • Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profile; • Prepare quotes, send, and maintain files; • Review and Process customer purchase orders; • Provide drawings and other forms of product media to assist customers; • Coordinate interdepartmental customer requirement review • Customarily and regularly exercises independent discretion and judgment on matters of significance with respect to all job responsibilities, including those described herein; •Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • MS Outlook– good working knowledge; • Knowledge of customer service process and operation methods. • Good oral and written communication skills; • Able to handle multiple job functions simultaneously; • Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimum supervision; • Good organizational skills; • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image; • Good interpersonal and human interaction relationship skills; • Self-motivated, willing to learn and expand ones knowledge.
