We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting large volumes of data into our database. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input large volumes of data into our database with a high level of accuracy
• Conduct data verification and quality control checks to ensure accuracy
• Manage and organize large amounts of data in an efficient manner
• Adhere to strict timelines and ensure all work is completed within deadlines
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word

Additional Information:

• This position requires the ability to work overtime on Saturdays
• Candidates must be available to work onsite in our Chicago office
