Hello, Caregivers!

Staffing Studio is seeking an after school caregiver/nanny for a busy family in Danvers. This is the perfect job for a flexible college student with morning classes, an energetic retiree, or mom with grown children! Hours equal about 15 per week (more hours on school holiday weeks!) Monday through Friday. Duties would include picking both of the older children up from school giving them dinner (generally dinner is prepared), on occasion making a quick pasta or chicken nugget meal for them or ordering pizza; remembering their schedule for online tutoring, piano, soccer and playdates. A family calendar will be shared with caregiver. Candidates must be comfortable throwing the children's laundry in as needed, having the children help load and unload the dishwasher daily, having the children fold and put away their clothing and make their beds, tidying up the table after lego play or wiping down counters when cooking with the kiddos (7 year old loves to bake cakes and make jello!). Candidates that can work on school vacation days/Monday holidays strongly preferred!

SCHEDULE: Monday - Wednesday 5pm - 7pm, Thursday & Friday 3pm - 7pm; School Holidays 8am-7pm.

Charges: 3 children ages 10, 7, & 1

Rate: $30.00 per hour

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children
• Facilitating age appropriate developmental activities- crafts, singing, reading, etc.
• Indoor and outdoor play
• Taking the children to and from activities, lessons, sports, etc.
• Maintaining a tidy work space and cleaning up after the day
• Preparing meals and snacks for the children
• Transporting the children in your own vehicle
• Pick ups and drop offs as needed
• Maintaining a consistent routine and schedule
• Helping the children with their daily chores

• Excellent communication skills
• LOVES WORKING SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN!
• Organized, scheduled, motivated and task-driven
• Conflict resolution skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Cheery and Helpful Disposition
• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
• Background Check (provided by agency)
• Driving Record (provided by agency)
• Takes good direction on parenting style and family's routine, then requires minimal to no oversight.
