We are currently hiring for a Dairy Production Associate.

Our Production Team is vital to creating high-quality farm-fresh products that are distributed to home delivery and wholesale customers alike.

This position is anticipated to work M-F, 5am - 1pm with some flexibility to stay later or come in earlier as requested by management.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Learning and following state/federal regulations
• Working well in a fast-paced team environment
• Operating machinery
• Completing CIPs
• Environmental sanitation

The right person has:

• Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues that may arise
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• The motivation to work in a team environment - safely
• A detail-oriented mindset

Work is performed in production, warehouse, and refrigerated settings; you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while working safely and efficiently. This position requires the incumbent to lift roughly 50lbs from ground level to waist high using proper lifting techniques. Bending, crouching, standing, walking on wet and/or uneven surfaces and other physical tasks are required. This position also requires climbing ladders and at times works in warm environments (e.g. operating the bottle washer).

Candidates should be able to learn quickly, troubleshoot accurately, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
