At a glance:

We are an established eCommerce company with products in the health and wellness sector looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our company. The Customer Support Specialist will function as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Take Inbound calls ranging from 50 X 100 calls a day
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction while providing accurate, valid, and complete information
• Meet personal/customer service team expectations and call metrics

Who you are:

• 2 Years of customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree or equivalent
