Curious Elixirs is looking for a customer service specialist to work with our quickly-growing eCommerce company, with a focus of customer support and proactive outreach. You’ll be joining an existing team as the first point of contact for thousands of customers across the country - so a supreme sense of patience and self-direction is absolutely required. After learning our systems you will have the opportunity to cross train in other departments including wholesale, marketing, sales and operations supporting department leads andexisting business partners.

Previous experience in eCommerce customer service is a plus, willing to train motivated applicants. Willingness to make outgoing calls and reach back via Instagram is a must if you're looking to bridge into wholesale or sales.

Position Overview

Location: Remote

Hours/wk: 20-30 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to help finalize orders, answer product questions, and problem solve order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers when there are major service disruptions affecting orders (think polar vortex).
• Observe and share larger trends in order patterns and customer needs or issues, to help improve processes as we grow.

Qualifications 1+ years experience in similar working role

• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills, and a self-starter/entrepreneurial attitude - we’re looking for someone to FIND problems and then solve them!
• Strong interest in the food, wellness and e-commerce space
• Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to tackle changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and coordinate within the Curious team and external partner teams to execute plans and meet deadlines.
• Strategic problem solving skills, solid relationship management, planning, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with platforms like Shopify and 3PL's are a plus!

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Will review performance after 90 days.

Salary: $21.00/hour and Up. Bonuses for Good Performance.
