The Customer Support Specialist - Account Activations is a contract onsite role at our amazing Old Town Scottsdale office. This person will need to possess an understanding of product activation steps, a strong work ethic, superb communication skills, a professional attitude, and a desire to excel within a team environment. The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a positive, efficient, and smooth client experience throughout both the onboarding process as well as with any ongoing customer support. As such, prior experience and comfort in a phone/email-based customer support environment is a plus. This person must display a penchant for problem-solving, effective time management, proactive communication, and superior organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Activate and launch new client products and services with accuracy and efficiency
• Proactively monitor internal systems to gauge workload and prioritize caseload based on client and business objectives
• Provide clear and consistent progress updates to our internal team
• Aggressively follow up to obtain necessary client details via phone or email with an aim of timely product launches
• Be a comfortable, confident, positive, and productive representative of Digital Air Strike with any front-facing partnership or client interactions
• Build out products for each client type using individual platforms and specialized in-house tools
• Work with 3rd party vendors, as required, to ensure optimal product performance
• Perform audits, reporting, and special projects as requested
