Currently seeking the right person to join our industry leading support team! Our Customer Support Representative provide application support for our customers, sales staff, and team members and are committed to providing a positive experience for all involved. Position details:
  • Handling support calls working directly with customers to answer questions and help resolve computer or software problems.
  • Reporting and documenting program issues and possible solutions with software to developers.
  • Effectively manage a timely response to problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction and eliminate downtime.
  • Shares call experience with Developers and team members for overall department wide knowledge and success in making the customer experience be at the top of our industry.
  • Exercising sound professional judgment in analysis of software issues.
What we are looking for:
  • Comfort with general bookkeeping practices and workflow is desired to support the accounting portion of our software suite
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable employees who are eager to learn and be customer service oriented
  • Software adaptability, Microsoft products would be very beneficial
  • Technical ability is a plus, able to support a variety of call types (simple networking, printing/scanning, and general environmental troubleshooting)
  • Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus, as our customers are insurance agencies who may have industry related questions.
