We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to help guide our customers along their journey to transform the way their Board governs. Our company provides a SaaS platform that helps nonprofits manage their board of directors more efficiently. As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our nonprofit clients are successful in setting up their board portal, and getting the most out of using our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with nonprofit customers and act as their primary point of contact
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely and effective communication, via email, phone, and chat
  • Understand the unique needs of each nonprofit customer, and provide customized solutions to match their unique needs
  • Train new customers on our software and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively reach out to offer support or suggest new features that may benefit them
  • Work closely with our sales and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help improve our software
  • Develop and maintain customer success metrics and reports to track customer satisfaction and usage
  • Create articles and instructional videos to ensure our documentation and training resources are up to date

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience working with nonprofits is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (technical or IT background is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
