POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: Community Relations
REPORTS TO: Administrative Director of Community Relations
JOB PURPOSE: To improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Community Relations, completes customer service activities. These may include but are not limited to signing in visitors, directing and escorting patients to available registrars and appropriate areas, providing information and materials as appropriate, greeting all individuals to ensure positive first impressions upon entering facilities, assisting in developing additional services to enhance visitors’ experiences, and may oversee volunteers assigned to customer service area. Clerical duties include but are not limited answering calls and operating a multi-line phone system, generating and answering professional correspondence in a variety of formats and processing departmental mail. Customer Service Representatives complete assigned projects during moments of downtime between interactions. Other job related duties might be assigned or removed from this position as dictated by operational needs. Works under general supervision. Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Prefer up to one year of related professional experience. Professional experience in a healthcare setting in a similar role preferred.
SALARY INFORMATION :
$14.00 - $16.98 Dependent on Experience
Shift differentials may apply for eligible positions.
