Workway is a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Dispatcher responsible for creating, dispatching, updating, and closing out service requests.

Your specific duties will include:

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Review and respond promptly to all internal and external customer communications.
• Open service requests in a timely manner.
• Dispatch, update, and close out service requests.

Provide miscellaneous reports

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• 1-year Dispatch or call center experience
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to write reports, and maintain logs
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
