Customer Service Representative skills & proficiencies:

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that. Problem-solving also comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position requires expertise in all aspects of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including experience with SAP and Acellos. Customer service representatives must be able to work closely with customers and the warehouse manager.

CSR’s duties include the following: invoicing, product releases, the preparation of bills of lading, handling of standard quotations, inventories, emails, customer relations by phone, emails, and in person, and data entry. CSR’s report to the Customer Service Manager.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Be a TEAM player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Organization skills and ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel,
• Fluent in Acellos/Korber and SAP.
• Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Basic Accounting Skills/Inventory
• The Ability to keep and maintain a filing system
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Work Schedule: We offer both a day and a night shift. Day shift hours are from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Night Shift, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Monday – Friday, some weekends and some overtime may be required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 an hour depending on experience.

Benefit Package: We offer a comprehensive Company-sponsored Benefits package that is effective on the first of your month after date of hire. Includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and long term disability. Eligible for company 401k plan first of the month after 90 days of employment.

Paid Time Off: First year prorated 15 days, first full year 15 full days, second full year additional day per year. Ability to roll over up to 5 unused days per year.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
