Job Description

VISION As a FOH Sales Associate you’ll enhance on any Customer Service & Sales skills to exceed customer expectations while pushing forth company initiatives. Your core focus areas will be your own customer service and complaint resolution, FOH responsibilities, and Growing Store Sales of Accessories and Home +. You will review this job description and performance towards it twice yearly with your Store Manager/Owner. Your bonus opportunities and raises will be related directly to your success of the above. GENERAL

Arrive for all your scheduled shifts 15 minutes early and in uBreakifix attire
Complete BOD Tasks and EOD Tasks and help maintain a clean professional storefront
Attend monthly team meetings to be informed of updates and new procedures from Corporate
Read all company emails daily and discuss and questions with your Store Manager to ensure understanding
Be open-minded to new procedures and roll out with a positive attitude and assumption of success
Perfect opportunity for former/current carrier employee with commission pay experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION

Check work queue before shift to see what needs to be done - call and update customers accordingly
Call lead that comes through Portal within 1 hour and update notes properly
Meet FTF customers within 15sec of entry and all calls within 2 rings in a friendly & courteous manner
Set realistic expectations for customers, meet or exceed those expectations and reset as needed
Resolve customer problems to best complete the sale and satisfy the guest. Escalate to Store Manager for help when needed. Step in for your team if they are overly stressed with a client situation.
Work with help desk/other corporate contact to resolve any workflow issues when manager is not avail.
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed UBREAKIFIX quality standards or reset customer expectations
After repair complete, call customer to inform them to pick up device and also send a text and email
SALES

Provides Repair Estimate and approval for all laptop and console at drop-off to increase conversion rate.
Provide correct pricing of repair based on Price Sheet
Offer Home+ at every Check In and Ask for Sign up at every Pickup
Call designated list of clients to sell Home+ over the phone
Offer Screen Protection or Accessory at every Check in
Ensure you are logged in Portal for all Check in and Check Outs that you complete
Work to grow Google and Yelp Reviews at or above 4.7
Improve Conversion Rate by offering price estimates at check in for all laptops and gaming systems.

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

· 1 year of incentive-based sales experience

· 1 year experience with cell phone carriers a plus

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills--
