Tide Cleaners is hiring part time & full time customer service representatives in our Edina location. Multiple shifts available with flexible hours & schedules. Competitive starting pay with ample opportunity for increased responsibility, promotion & pay increase.

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to Tide Cleaners & the services we provide

- Assist customers picking up & dropping off their clothes

- Communicate customer special requests to the plant / operations manager

- Interact with Regional Store Manager and/or General Manager daily

- Keep the store neat, tidy and organized

Multiple Shifts Available:

- Weekend Shifts / Part Time Roles (Saturday 8-5 and/or Sunday 11-4)

- Closing Shift (2p-7p) - Full Time or Part Time

- Mid day shift (12-5p) - Full Time or Part Time

Hiring in Multiple Locations Across Minneapolis Metro:

- Edina, Chanhassen, Excelsior, Minnetonka

Tide Cleaners Customer Service Representatives will be focused on the front of house customer service experience, interacting with customers picking up & dropping off their clothes. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a friendly, positive customer service experience for our Tide Cleaners’ clientele.

You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist that has a consistently positive & upbeat attitude. At the same time, it will be helpful if you are computer savvy and a problem solver. We will provide you with hands on Tide Cleaners training and all of the tools you need to be successful and advance in our company.
