Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Initial Timeline: 6 month contract with the potential for extension and direct hire

Overview:

Looking for a reliable Customer focused person to fill an entry level position on a small, but growing CSR team. Onsite one-on-one training will be provided for the selected candidate. The qualified candidate will provide customer services to clients via email and phone contact. The primary types of questions will include questions on product pricing, mistakes in product shipment, product claims processing for replacement orders, and return claims. The selected the candidate will have the ability to work primarily from home, with an option to work onsite as needed or if preferred. The right candidate needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems providing world-class customer service.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Works well with other teammates to support and assist one another.
• Enters orders into developing ERP system. (Processes are still being defined in some cases.)
• Process returns and missed shipment requests.
• Fields phone calls and customer emails.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Recommended Skills & Experience:

• Proven call center or customer service experience
• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
• Demonstrated ability to provide world-class customer service
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
• Can succeed in a fast-paced work environment without being distracted during a customer interaction
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
