CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Mooresville automotive products manufacturer has an immediate need for a high-energy customer service professional. Company has a fast-paced environment. Full-time position includes paid holidays, 401K and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build rapport with key customers

-Provide a high level of customer service by phone and email communication

- Process orders, inquiries, verify pricing, confirm shipments

-Resolve customer technical service issues, process warranties and repairs, issue of Return Material Authorizations

Personality Traits:

Customer advocate – This position is link between customer and production. Must to be able to speak for the customer in our organization to meet their needs.

Outstanding communication skills - Strong oral and written communication skills required. Candidate must be able to express customer issues to production.

Computer skills – Must have standard Windows based skills, knowledge of a database, and QuickBooks.

Detail oriented – Must keep track of multiple requests and possess excellent follow-up skills.

Manage multiple priorities – handle regular daily duties (order entry, order confirmations, etc.) while responding to technical service phone calls, and routing them throughout the day.
