The Job You Will Perform:

• Order management
• Backlog management

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Candidate should have three or more years of customer service experience in the corrugated box or related industry and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education possessing some college and experience.
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Should have the ability to work within an order management and plant booking system
• Strong process and detail oriented
• Problem solving with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
