Customer Service Representative
IBEX Roof is a growing business based out of Vancouver, WA and serving the greater Portland area. IBEX Roof focuses on having fun, learning, and being the best in our field. Our goal is to be the most competent roofing company in our area. We will achieve this by surrounding ourselves with the best people, being dynamic, and wanting it more than the competition. This is a job that can be flexible around a college schedule, but we are looking for a full-time candidate. The ideal candidate will:

Duties
- Monitor and ensure appointment schedule for estimators is filled out
- Answer incoming calls
- Document all call information & keep inquiry/lead information updated
- Be in contact with leads regarding appointment confirmations
- Route information to the appropriate people within the company
- Proficient with: computers, internet, email, making lists
- Communicate in a timely manner, and respond quickly to emails and phone calls
- Ability to follow through on promises
- Communicate clearly and in an organized fashion
- Represent the company professionally to customers
- Be able to follow a daily routine
- Work management and prioritizing skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to commit 35+ hours per week
Compensation Details
- Starting at $21-30 per hour DOE
- Benefits available after becoming FTE: Health Insurance, 401k with 5% Match, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
