We looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We provide our customers with high quality customer service to help find the right wireless device and wireless plan to meet their needs and wants.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Maintain a great attitude and be a good team player.
- Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Deadline and results-oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
