We’re looking to add a full time (30-40 hours per week) customer service representative that is friendly, compassionate and loves working as a team in a fast-paced clinic setting. Our team goal is to "Provide the Best Care for your Best Friend".

Deer-Grove Veterinary Clinic began serving the Cottage Grove, Deerfield and greater Madison, Wisconsin area more than 40 years ago. With our long history in the region we've become more than just a business operating in the area; we are a part of the community, establishing lifelong relationships as we go. We put our clients and their pet's needs at the top of our priority list and dedicate our professional careers to bringing them the best veterinary treatment possible with cutting edge technology and a caring touch (We are AAHA accredited and use low-stress techniques).

Some job duties include:

• Greeting clients and patients
• Facilitating the communication between clients and the team.
• Processing payments
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments

The position will include occasional evening shifts (until 7pm) and every other Saturday (8am-12noon). Our team values work/life balance so we all work together to offer flexible scheduling and are closed on major holidays.

Experience preferred but not required.
