• The Customer Service Rep II is responsible for providing various support, customer service, and office administration duties related to service walk-in customers.
• This position will also support the showroom to support commercial and residential clients.
• They provide customer information via telephone regarding product order status, placing orders, delivery status, and coordination of product returns.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Wednesday - 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
• Pay - $18-$22

• Performs various customer service duties such as: waiting on customers, assisting customers in determining order requirements, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, providing direction/selection assistance, completing sales transactions, and accepting payments. Uses computer systems such as ASI, JDE, and PCs.
• Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitates tile and stone selection and project development/support, ensuring the completion of selection/sales for all customers.
• Maintains showroom samples and merchandising, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining samples and displays. Ships customer samples as needed to drive sales. Maintains contact with suppliers/locally sourced vendors to keep current on design and product offerings and complies with Marketing’s standards for proper showroom merchandising, including new product launches and drops.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints (returns and order errors).
• Performs various office administration duties such as processing payments and receipts, reconciliation of DSRs and cash boxes, preparation of bank deposits, balancing petty cash boxes, preparing various performance reports, updating customer master files, and creating vendor orders.
• May perform various product order duties such as entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders.
• Maintains accurate and detailed records to keep in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Trains and assists CSRs
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Responsible for maintaining our local social media.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required.
• Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
• Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Adept in problem-solving skills, can determine root causes of issues while also creating proactive solutions for future issues.
• Must have an intermediate level of computer skills in Outlook and Excel.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
