Well, what about the team?

The Customer Support team forms part of the wider Operations department at Bally's Interactive. We provide frontline support across our brands, building caring and long-lasting relationships with everyone from brand-new players to seasoned experts. In our day-to-day mission, we work closely with teams such as Risk, Responsible Gambling, and Retention, to help the company keep its finger on the pulse of player needs.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Understanding and addressing their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to contacts, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to comply or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Actively participating in all training, coaching and any other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

And what are we looking for?

  • Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills with previous Customer Service Experience (Contact Center or Retail)
  • Demonstrate Troubleshooting technical skills with previous Zen Desk exposure.
  • Demonstrate Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have Proficiency with computers, especially CRM and tools. Including basic troubleshooting & Multiple platforms/operating systems
  • Possess Knowledge of any of the following an asset: iCasino and Online Sports Betting and/orZendesk customer contact solution

Flexible Working

Salary

$42,000 plus bonus
