Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Helping individuals and families get access to health care services
• Have a positive attitude, be skilled at working between multiple screens and have excellent interpersonal phone skills

Customer Service JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service Qualifications for the position include:

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Hours of operation Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm.
