Ardent is a Pest Control Company with operations in Texas, Nevada, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Virginia, Kansas, Missouri, and North Carolina. We have offices in Provo and Rexburg, facilitating our sales and customer service for each state.
We are currently looking to fill a few part-time and full-time positions. This role is for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, cross-mentioning extra services, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and concern with/for our customers.
Looking for individuals with experience in customer service, customer retention, scheduling, administrative experience, secretarial experience, etc.
NO COLD CALLING!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming communications from current and prospective customers.
- Performing account analysis to be able to handle customer concerns and questions, and find opportunities to upsell.
- Follow up on leads.
- Explain the services we offer to current and prospective customers.
