Job Summary:
Customer service experience, call center experience.
This is an internship position 25-40 hours per week, in office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analysis & Evaluation
* Data Analytics
* Data entry and follow up in credentialing software.
* Cross Functional Participation
* Identify Gaps in CX
* Comprehension of Rad Net Technology Options
* Create and Make Presentation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong ability with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Skilled in Technology Navigation-Text, Chat, ChatGPT, Multi-Platform integrations
* Hi Level skill in Gap Identification & process mapping
