MetroCare is a leading health care provider in Western Massachusetts. Our company is currently hiring an Member Experience Manager who will work in close collaboration with the Program Manager in oversight of office operations. Duties of the APD include:

• Facilitate and document all communication such as phone calls, office visits, faxes, emails, etc.
• Schedule management
• Manages duties of all Scheduling Personnel
• Communicating caregivers, clients, Caregivers, and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains member confidence
• Ensuring accurate data in database to include progress notes
• Take referrals as needed
• Maintains office appearance /maintenance to include printer, fax machine, phones and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
• Creates new schedules for members-this includes scheduling/re-scheduling as needed
• Sending annual calendars/Timelines to new and existing clients
• Help with event planning such as mailing flyers and phone calls, venue locations, food vendors, etc.
• Assist in their departments as needed
• Help with special projects as needed

Must have Management or Supervisory experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
