Job description
Do you enjoy engaging while helping others? If you answered yes, then we are looking for you! A strong relationship with our clients starts with you. The customer service position serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. The orders start here and are reviewed, priced and then passed along to data entry for processing. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The starting pay is $17/hr. We offer great benefits including 401K and Tuition Discount. We will train.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service to customer account reps or patients, answer phones, follow up with orders, files, tracking patient’s orders and status, etc.
- Receive orders from customers which can include VA, Medicaid, Wholesale, Safety, or Retail.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data which may include verifying the eligibility of order.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
