Pay range is DOE $22.00 - $24.00 per hour pus any over time
We have job openings Monday-Friday Hours 8:30 a.m. - 5::30 p.m.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Create the customer experience: be helpful, action oriented and empathetic
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
- Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
- Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
Customer Service candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College Helpful
- Customer Service experience one plus years
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
