Our company is in search of a Part Time (15-20 hours) Customer Care Specialist, 2p-7p, at least 3 days per week, Monday-Sunday.

Our best candidates:

• Have a college degree.
• Have at least 2 years of steady work experience.
• Demonstrate computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a consistently friendly and outgoing personality.
• Provide a strong history of resolving customer issues.
• Are self-motivated and self-directed.
• Enjoy a solitary job with minimal socializing with coworkers.
• Must ENJOY INTERACTING with CUSTOMERS.
• Enjoy being part of a team working toward the same goal.
• Understand the value of good communication and teamwork.
• Pay attention to details.
• MUST be able to clean up dog poop, dog urine, and dog vomit.
• LOVE ALL DOGS, BIG, SMALL, and ENERGETIC

The job is very FAST-PACED at times and requires MOVEMENT to escort arriving and departing dogs and keep our facility clean.

At other times, there may be moments of quiet that require self-motivation and self-direction to productively fill that time. We CLEAN (a lot!) to keep our dogs and customers safe and healthy.

You need to be comfortable working at an isolated desk by yourself without coworkers near you. There is minimal social interaction with other staff; our customers provide the social aspect of this job. Must ENJOY INTERACTING with CUSTOMERS.

Attention to detail is required for your safety as well as the customer's safety. You must be aware of your surroundings at all times and comfortable in a "traffic control" role.

Our best customer care specialists genuinely enjoy interacting with our customers. Our specialists are always pleasant, patient, empathetic, and anticipate our customer's needs. Communication and friendliness come naturally to our customer care specialists. They understand the value of good communication with customers and within the organization. They are confident at investigating issues and comfortable letting the customers know that they will ask for assistance and follow up with an answer and resolution to customer questions and issues.
