Job description
We have an immediate opening for an upbeat and friendly person who can manage customer concerns in a friendly and efficient manner. This position requires multitasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tech-savviness, and a willingness to learn and adapt to software changes and upgrades. Customer Service experience is helpful and experience working on computers is necessary.
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday; 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
This is a completely remote position.
You must have a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Requirements:Operations Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
Customer Service Associate working aside with call center and/or shops.- Provides excellent customer service.
- Locating Job ID in the database
- Verify account status (paid in full/balance owed).
- Work closely with Operation Managers to resolve concerns.
- Determine warranty covered issues.
- Determine if a Service Call Deposit must be collected to diagnose and repair issue.
- Contact Accounting to submit payments.
- Document customer history in database.
- Work with customers to explain warranty coverage.
- Complete Warranty service forms and import to the database job.
- Follow up with customers to ensure repairs were completed
- Document the account with a dated note. Clear and concise as to the conversation with the customer and if a deposit was collected or declined to be paid, etc.
- Update the Warranty grid with the appropriate information.
