Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Clark and Son Auction & Liquidation, Inc is an industry leading premium cabinet manufacturer. We are seeking an entry level position which is responsible for managing their assigned customer accounts. You will be responsible for managing all of their orders from beginning to end. You will deal directly with customers by phone and in person (mostly phone and email). You will handle inbound and outbound calls and learn incredible communication skills and work in a fast-paced environment. You will represent one of the industries leading cabinet manufacturer.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greets and assists walk in and telephone customers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Obtain all purchase orders prior to finalizing orders
• Enter orders into our software program or manage website orders.
• Obtain approval from customers/companies prior to writing orders
• Provide accurate shipping and wait times
• Maintain Organizational control of work in progress and work waiting to be completed
• Manage orders within the system and communicate any issues with appropriate personnel to finalize the order
• Report all unresolved customer complaints to the Manager
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and the integrity of the company
• Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for other employees as well as customer
• Any additional duties or responsibilities that are requested by Office Manager or anyone else in management

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

• Ability to read, write, and perform math skills
• Basic to Intermediate computer skills is a must
• Working knowledge of email platform
• Ability to learn the company software for managing orders
• Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Punctuality and reliability, multi-tasking, accuracy, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
