Panoramic Farm is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our sales team in a variety of capacities. This role will be responsible for managing inventory through periodic inventory counts, updating of current specs and managing sales pull-through rates of each crop. This position will also be the point of contact for all walk-in customers (we are wholesale only) and answering inbound customer calls, as well as assisting the sales team with entering orders. The person selected for this role will need to have a desire to support other people and the collective success of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales

• Assist Sales team with order entry when needed
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Assist walk-in & pick-up customers
• Generate availability emails
• Capture crop photos & generate associated email blasts
• Check quality of outgoing orders

Inventory

• Cycle/scrap counts, noting scrap reason
• Update specs, comments, buffers, etc.

Required Experience/Expertise:

• Minimum of 3 years experience required in horticulture.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
