In this position you'll be responsible for booking and selling interested clients in our cleaning services, maintaining and managing clients, and managing the office work behind the scenes.

Ideal Candidates Will Have/Be:

• An Associates Degree or higher
• Extensive Sales and Customer Service Experience
• Experience in ClickUp, GSuite, Zapier, Slack, RingCentral, and LastPass
• Tech-savvy and able to easily and quickly learn a variety of customer resource management programs
• Excellent grammar, reading, writing, spelling, and command of the English language
• Able to quickly switch from one task to the next
• Able to work in a busy, fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Be located within 30 minutes of Warrington PA and familiar with the greater Philadelphia area (Bucks County specifically)
• Must be a United States citizen or have a valid work visa
• Must have a good working computer & cell phone with good internet, cell service, and a quiet environment to work
• Must be willing to take and pay for a drug screening and background check. After 3 months of employment in good standing, this will be reimbursed.

Duties Entail:

• Answering inbound and making outbound calls from clients and leads (approx. 50% of your time)
• Providing cleaning quotes over the phone
• Assisting in scheduling
• Responding to client calls, emails, and texts in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Tracking and updating client communications and scheduling
• Interviewing and hiring
• Sending surveys
• Running reports
• Miscellaneous admin duties
• Communicating with cleaning technicians on job and scheduling questions

About the Position:

To apply you must do the following:

• This is a W-2 Hourly position.
• Applicant must be available everyday Monday -Friday 8:00 am-5:30 pm
• Hours worked may vary but will be 20-30 hours a week with some weeks up to 35 hours a week.
• Starting pay is $15/hr with the ability to quickly scale up to $19/hr over the first six months dependent on performance.
• This position will start out fully remote but may change to an in-person position in the future. Office location will be in or near Warrington or Warminster, PA
