The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance, and financial services offerings to approximately 13.5 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.

We seek an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Call Center. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the largest independent personal lines insurance agency in the Southeast. At AAA, we represent only carriers that are rated “B+” or higher by AM Best. Our financial strength and reputation for excellence comes from more than 100 years of providing high-quality products and services to our customers.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for processing endorsements, taking payments, resolving billing issues, coverage counseling and adhering to underwriting guidelines. You will respond to inbound calls from not only our policyholders but also from our AAA Insurance Agents.

What you will do:

The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Customer Service Reps who can generate new sales, retain existing members and grow ACG’s overall book of business through our multiple product offerings. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 60+ million members.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provides a high-level of customer-focused sales in a high volume, fast paced call center environment
  • Educates customers on insurance products and services recognizing cross-sales opportunities within the context of the customer interaction
  • Accepts payments, applications and rewrites/reinstates policies and memberships
  • Promotes insurance, membership and other ACG products and services to new and current members

Qualifications


We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer-service experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service, contact center and/or sales experience in an insurance environment or related industry.
  • This position requires you to obtain a motor club licenses within 60 days of your hiring start date.
