Position Overview

As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be the face and voice of Mycronic, guaranteeing our customers have a great experience. This position serves as the customers primary contact and is responsible for ensuring the facilitation of the deliverables of sales orders and serving as point of contact for all parties involved, primarily the customer, to ensure the terms of the sales agreement are fulfilled; orders are delivered on time, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted customer relationship that works to ensure the customers overall satisfaction with Mycronic and its products
  • Operate as customers’ primary point of contact and advocate for all matters specific to assigned accounts
  • Manage and respond to inquiries regarding customer orders in a prompt and professional manner. Systems, Spare Parts and Accessories
  • Proactively provides customer pricing and delivery information, answering any questions that may arise and seeks out resources as necessary
  • Monitor orders to ensure complete and successful experience
  • Enter data into ERP (INFOR M3) including sales orders, RMAs, purchase orders and machine orders
  • Coordinate all aspects of the delivery process including but not limited to the hiring of transport trucks and riggers, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, and coordinating delivery schedules
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding Mycronic equipment and systems providing updates as available
  • Proactively communicate with main office in Sweden for questions such as ordering and delivery
  • Internal and External Global communications
  • Electronically file all paperwork associated with the order; quotes, P.O.’s, shipping documentation, order confirmation.
  • Serve as Customs/Import Coordinator by managing the following tasks:
  • Handle and arrange the customs clearance in all USA ports
  • Provide customer service to internal/external personnel
  • Maintain import data and verified information for accuracy
  • Monitor and resolves import issues
  • Coordinate deliveries from airports to facilities
  • Work with internal/external personnel on accuracy or equipment classifications

Experience and Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Standard office environment. Significant computer work should be expected.
